Ben Oberlander
Before founding BEH, Mr. Oberlander led sales from 2007 to 2011 for Advanced Distributors, a National Healthcare & building management supply company, personally selling more than $40 Million per year in contracts. In 2012, he founded OCO Supplies, building on his relationships with property owners to offer customized supply and service solutions.
Spotting opportunities in the real estate market in 2014, Ben started sourcing and leading deals in the multi-family and healthcare space along with his family fund, who have been heavily involved in multi family investments and syndications has generated significant returns. Ben’s deep contacts in the healthcare arena have led to several off-market opportunities. His strong expertise in value-added investing in healthcare and multi-family continue to bring in unique deal-flow.

Steven Feldman
Before founding BEH, Mr. Feldman previously served as Acquisitions Director of E&M Associates and has been at the firm since 2014 until 2021. While at E&M, Mr. Feldman has been directly involved in over $300,000,000 of acquisitions and directly managed over 5,000 units. Prior to joining E&M Associates, Mr. Feldman worked at PwC in the State and Local Tax division, as well as at Grant Thornton in the Commercial Audit division. Mr. Feldman received a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Economics from Queens College, and received a Master’s degree in Real Estate Asset Management from New York University.

Eli Baron
Before founding BEH, Mr. Baron started his real estate career on the Originations team at FM Capital. There he was responsible for originating commercial real estate mortgages for clients and managing a team of Junior Originators. Since joining FM Capital in 2015, Mr. Baron has underwritten and originated more than $500M in commercial loans. On assets such as Multi Family, Multi Family Development, Senior living, Commercial & Retail. He leveraged his relationships with agency, balance sheet, life insurance, CMBS, and other lenders to get the best results for his clients. On his own using family and friend’s money he invested and manages in Multi Family, Multi Family development, Senior living and other industries not real estate related.

Seth Geller
Mr. Geller is an experienced acquisitions specialist with a strong focus on healthcare facilities and multifamily real estate. In his current role, Mr. Geller is responsible for underwriting deals, sourcing high-potential investment opportunities, negotiating prices, and successfully completing purchases. With a keen eye for value and a strategic approach, Mr. Geller has built a solid track record in the industry.
In addition to his expertise in acquisitions, Mr. Geller is also a licensed psychotherapist. This unique combination of skills allows him to bring a nuanced understanding of the healthcare sector to his work in real estate acquisitions. Mr. Geller’s ability to navigate complex transactions and identify strategic opportunities has made him a trusted leader in the field.
